Eligibility for Prize Allocation: The $25,000 cash prize for the CBLHoopCity Pre-Season Tournament will be awarded to the city with the highest cumulative team levels across 7-Man, 10-Man, and 14-Man Teams. Note that 5-Man Teams are excluded from the pre-season tournament qualification. Tournament Date and Location: Specific details regarding the tournament date and location will be disclosed subsequent to the closure of registration, which is set for March 31st of each calendar year at 9 PM PST. Registration Deadline: Teams registering post the March 31st deadline will not be considered for the pre-season tournament team count. Tiebreaker Procedure: In instances of a tie between cities with an equal number of qualifying teams, a two-week registration extension will be exclusively granted to the tied cities for the purpose of recruiting additional 7-Man or higher level teams to their respective city leagues. Minimum Team Requirements: The pre-season tournament requires a minimum of fifty (50) 7-Man or higher level teams "nationwide" to proceed. For the CBLHoopCity National Tournament, a minimum of two hundred and fifty (250) 7-Man or higher level teams "nationwide" is necessary. Tournament Cancellation Rights: CBLHoopCity reserves the right to cancel or adjust the tournament cash prizes if the minimum team requirements are not met. Tournament Structure: The tournament will be conducted as a single elimination competition, officiated by designated game officials. CBLHoopCity league game rules, as outlined in the Game Rules section of the CBLHoopCity App, will apply. Prize Disbursement: The individual responsible for paying the team’s registration/membership fee, either the Player Owner or Team Owner, will be the recipient of any tournament cash prize. Disclosure of personal tax/IRS information is mandatory to process any cash prize payouts, as per our 1099 IRS Tax Form requirements. Membership Conditions: All team and player membership registrations are final and non-refundable. Athletic Participation Waiver and Release of Liability for CBLHoopCity League/CBL Worldwide II Inc

By participating in the CBLHoopCity Basketball League and associated events, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved, including possible permanent paralysis and death. I understand that despite adherence to rules, use of proper equipment, and personal discipline, the risk of serious injury remains. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, even those arising from negligence of the CBL Worldwide II Inc./CBLHoopCity, its facility vendors, officers, officials, agents, employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and premises owners or lessees (collectively "RELEASEES"). I agree to abide by all standard terms and conditions of participation and to immediately disengage and report any unusual or significant hazards I encounter. Furthermore, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, I hereby release and hold harmless the RELEASEES from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, injuries, disabilities, deaths, losses, or damages to my person or property, whether arising from the RELEASEES' negligence or otherwise. I have thoroughly read and fully understand this agreement, recognize that I am relinquishing substantial legal rights by signing it, and do so willingly and without any form of coercion.
